Generally ages 4–6

Munchkins

Playful movement, coordination, confidence, and the foundations that make later training easier.

Kinjas

Structured, age-appropriate training that develops real jiu jitsu, confidence, and sound habits.

Adult program

Munduruca

Munduruca operates the adult program in the same space. KIN instructors train there, and Kinjas can continue there when they are ready for adult classes.

Program Tuesday & Thursday Saturday Biweekly
Munchkins 5:00–5:30 PM 12:30–1:00 PM $55 + GST
Kinjas 5:30–6:45 PM 1:00–2:15 PM $60 + GST

Prices are plus GST. A Gi is the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu uniform and is purchased separately for $120 plus GST.
